Now I just need to figure out whats the best PCI-E card for a few USB 3.0 ports for larger faster drives. I can upgrade the 4GB ram which I have now to 8GB for peanuts which is crazy overkill for just to use as a router but it helps with NAS and VPN features.
Have not tested or have the need to use the onboard Audio but I assume its ok for desktop use. This system has at least another 4 to 7 years of life doing nothing but using it as a high end router.The only part that seems to get pretty warm is the southbridge chipset.
